At the heart of the community, a well-equipped sports complex invites  guests to enjoy friendly competition on two tennis courts and two pickleball courts (available for a nominal fee), as well as a basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, and a playground.
Two outdoor swimming pools, one oceanside and one soundside, offer the perfect spots to cool off, while the lake provides opportunities for catch-and-release fishing, non-motorized boating, and peaceful moments on the turtle walk and surrounding deck (no permit required). The community fitness center is available for a small fee, offering gym equipment, showers, and more. At the oceanfront pool complex on Sandcastle Drive, a seasonal snack bar adds extra convenience.

Beach Access

The Villages at Ocean Hill has 7 authorized Beach Accesses, 2 from Windance Ln and 5 from Sandcastle Dr. Corolla Beach Rescue is stationed at lifeguard towers from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. throughout the summer on Sandcastle Dr. and Bismark St.
