By January, 75% of weeks in our oceanfront homes are already booked for May through September weeks.

If you’re planning to bring your dog to the OBX, start planning early, as 70% of our pet friendly homes are typically booked by January for May through September weeks.

Do you need a home with 10 bedrooms or more? Our homes with 10 bedrooms or more are 80% booked by January.

Join the Waitlist 

Each week in every vacation home has a waitlist. If/when the week becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know. All guests on the waitlist for a particular home/week are emailed at the same time, and reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You can join the waitlist for as many homes and weeks as you want.
