Kitty Hawk’s Neighborhood Watch
Baxter truly gets the most out of his beautiful home on the Outer Banks, enjoying walks in the Kitty Hawk Preserve and going on play dates at the Kitty Hawk Dog Park. He has accepted the role of his neighborhood’s protector. If Baxter hears anything, he runs to his living room, jumps on the couch, and looks out the window, standing guard as the Neighborhood Watch. Although he takes his position very seriously, his parents just think he’s being nosey… Regardless, the town of Kitty Hawk appreciates Baxter’s efforts.
