It’s part of the charm, but it also means bedrooms on different floors, living spaces and kitchen up high for the best views, and a lot of stair climbing. And on check-in day, the last thing our guests want to do is carry coolers, suitcases, groceries, and baby equipment up multiple flights of stairs. Elevators dramatically simplify check-in and check-out days, something repeat Outer Banks guests quickly learn to prioritize.

What happens if the elevator stops working? Or if the home loses power?
Like any mechanical system, elevators can occasionally require service. Twiddy will coordinate repairs as quickly as possible, but temporary outages may occur.
If your home loses power, please give us a call. The elevator will not work if the home loses power. All elevators have a phone and a light in case of emergencies.
Does the elevator reach all levels of the home?
