FAQ’S

What days are trash days?

Trash pick-up days are Mondays and Fridays in-season. Mondays on off-season. A community service provider will roll the receptacle to the curb the night before scheduled pickup and they will return the receptacle back to the home after collection.

Are golf carts allowed in Pine Island?

Yes, golf carts are allowed. Golf carts and cars can not be parked on the street and must be driven by a licensed driver.

Are RV’s, trailers, ATV’s and boats allowed?

No, these vehicles are prohibited in the community.

Does my pet need to be leashed?

Yes, all pets need to be leashed in the community

Can I fish in Pine Island?

Community ponds and water retention basins within Pine Island are for storm water retention and should not be used for swimming or fishing. Fishing is allowed on the beach.
